At Craventure, we aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably while maintaining product quality.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays. During high-demand periods, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended.

Delivery timelines vary based on location. Orders to metro cities are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days, while deliveries to other locations may take 4 to 7 business days.

These timelines are indicative and may be affected by external factors such as weather, logistics disruptions, or courier delays.

Shipping charges are calculated based on order value, delivery location, and prevailing courier partner rates. While standard shipping is typically ₹199 across most locations in India, the final shipping cost may vary depending on current market conditions and logistics factors.

 

The exact shipping charges and estimated delivery timeline will be displayed at checkout before payment, reflecting the most accurate and up-to-date information.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp. Tracking updates are managed by our courier partners and may take some time to reflect after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order. Craventure is not liable for delays or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery. In case the order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, it is recommended to refuse acceptance.

 

Any issues related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with relevant proof.
