At Craventure, customer satisfaction is important to us. As many of our products are food items and consumable goods, certain restrictions apply to returns, replacements, and refunds. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refund requests may be considered.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, customers may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
