2. Shipping Policy
We currently ship only within India. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days from confirmation.

3. Returns and Refunds
At Craventure, we craft fresh, perishable snacks. That means we do not accept returns—no exceptions.

In the rare case your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. All such cases will be carefully reviewed by our team, and our decision will be final. By placing an order, you agree to this policy and accept that Craventure’s judgment in these matters is non-negotiable.

4. Product Information
Our product lineup—including dry fruits, flavored nuts, spiced chana and peanuts, mukhwas, gulkand, and granolas—is made in small, hygienic batches with real ingredients. Natural variations in taste or appearance may occur.

We accept payments securely through Razorpay and major credit/debit cards. Orders are fulfilled only after successful payment processing.

All content—logos, product imagery, text, and branding—on Craventure.com belongs to Craventure. Reproducing or distributing it without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Craventure is not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse of our products, or delivery delays caused by shipping partners.
