At Craventure, we do our best to get your snacks to you fresh, fast, and hassle-free. Here's how we handle shipping:

1. Serviceable Locations
We currently ship across India only. Stay tuned — we’re working on expanding internationally.

2. Dispatch Timeline
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be handled the next working day.

3. Delivery Estimates
Depending on your location, delivery may take anywhere between 2 to 7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take a little longer.

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and weight of your order. Free shipping may be available on select orders or promotions — keep an eye out.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. We partner with reliable logistics providers to keep things moving smoothly.

6. Delivery Issues
If your package arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, reach out to us at support@craventure.com within 3 days of delivery. We'll look into it and set things right.

7. Packaging Standards
All items are securely packed to preserve quality and prevent damage during transit. We aim for sustainability without compromising freshness.

8. Pre-orders & Bulk Orders
Shipping timelines for pre-orders or large bulk orders will be communicated at the time of purchase or inquiry.
